This is a hotel inspired by home.

Our interior architecture company was involved in the project from  the very beginning so we could take part in developing this totally new Noli Studios living concept with the property developer Nrep.

Thanx to the great concept the utilizationg rate of the Noli Studios was even during the panepidemic 60 % compared to the 5% of the rest of the hotels which were open during those times.

Katajanokka premises was the first to open in October 2019 and this second post in Sörnäinen one month later in November the very same year.

There is a strong feel of community in the hotel with plenty of common areas and activities.

The concept stays but the looks vary. In Sörnäinen the look and the spirit of the hotel is inspired by the 1960’s due to the original looks of the famous Kansa-talo where the hotel is located.
