In 2015, Klaus K, the first design hotel in Helsinki, expanded its facilities with new SkylLoft suites built in the attic of the building. The luxurious 30 square metre hotel rooms were designed in line with the Kalevala theme of the hotel.

Our goal was to create a clean-lined building in scandinavian style that adapts to different needs and locations. It has a strong finnish presence. The experience is born from the combination of see-through views and strong surface materials.

Tallinn is the first foothold of the Hilton hotel chain in the Baltic countries. The interior design of the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel was started in 2012. The hotel, which is located in the centre of Tallinn, was opened in June 2016. dSign is responsible for the interior design of the whole building except the Casino.

The main target was to update the company’s working culture to meet the needs of today, and the new interiors played a crucial role at promoting this. Secondly, it was now time to modernize Kemira’s visual identity and office brand.

The interior design image of Finnair’s new Airbus planes is mainly based on dSign’s SpaceAlive concept. The idea in the concept is a changing ambience in the space as the flight proceeds. In May 2015, the interior design of Finnair’s Airbus planes won the highly esteemed Yacht & Aviation Award in the Commercial Aviation – Economy/Business Class category.
